What is an EMDR Intensive?
Our EMDR intensives program is a personalized approach to healing that offers a personally tailored opportunity to do deep work in a limited amount of time.
What is EMDR?
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is an evidence-based therapy approach widely recognized for its effectiveness in treating trauma-related issues. It's a structured, eight-phase process that uses bilateral stimulation to access the emotional part of the brain and assists individuals in processing distressing memories and resolving the emotional, cognitive, and physiological impacts of trauma. EMDR has been instrumental in helping countless people heal from a wide range of traumatic experiences, from accidents and loss to emotional abuse and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
