Caitlin Weese, LCSW-C, is a trauma therapist licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island. Caitlin enjoys specializing in EMDR therapy, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed yoga. She works primarily with millennial women healing from childhood trauma, people-pleasing patterns, and complex PTSD using EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems–informed approaches.
